Our Process

Defensibility is the other side of the transparency coin and one of the four components of the the new Pricing.

Our charge master Reconfiguration provides greater transparency via reduced charges and contractual allowances. It also provides different pricing strategies that use a consistent mark-up for your consideration.

We analyze all charge and payer data, and then complete a fresh detailed competitor market analysis to determine your hospital’s market positioning. This includes looking at brand strength across all service lines. In addition, we assess the impact of market change whether a competitor is now part of a larger system or has recently added new physicians in select service lines.

We use our algorithm to reduce contractual allowances strategically while remaining net revenue-neutral overall.
